Doug was awesome. He wasn't pushy at all and made us feel comfortable. Only thing that I would like to have seen done better, would be knowing there wasn't a second key to the car before financing so I could comfortable. Only thing that I would like to have seen done better, would be knowing there wasn't a second key to the car before financing so I could have negotiated that into the terms of the financing. Other than that, I love sunset and the life time power train warranty and will never buy another car from any other dealership. The gentleman who helped with financing was also great and personable. Even though I had an appointment my salesman had no idea who I was. I had picked out a truck online and they had the wrong one ready. My salesman did not go through any of the truck’s amenities. I signed a paper to NO aftermarket items and AUSTIN in finance still charged me $500 for some light and after I called him and he refused to refund the money. Sunset Ford again shows that car dealerships and car salesman are more crooked than a politician. More

Bought a truck on sale for 69,500 put 3000 down, was told one thing and got hosed. Got the info from the credit union and bill is 83,000. I will never purchase another vehicle from you. We were very skeptical when we received no paperwork on the purchase price, I am very disappointed with sunset Ford, first and last purchase with you. Titus-will is where we’ve purchased my F-250, Mach one mustang, and several F-150 pickups for the company I work for, as the fleet manager I can tell you me and my company will never purchase a vehicle from you, you lost that opportunity.
