Scheduled a service appt for a relatively new car that wouldn’t start and under warranty and earliest appt was 2 weeks out. 👎🏾 Then I was able to have it towed in and got it looked at in a week instead, wouldn’t start and under warranty and earliest appt was 2 weeks out. 👎🏾 Then I was able to have it towed in and got it looked at in a week instead, still long for a car under warranty that wouldn’t start. 👎🏾 Then they claimed it was fixed, I got in my car and started it and before I could even put it in gear, there was a malfunction stated on the screen. 👎🏾 I went back in and they took it to the back. A little while later, they brought it out and “fixed” it, and before I could put it in gear, the same malfunction popped up again. 👎🏾 They again took it to the back and “fixed” it. Finally didn’t get the same message requiring reprogramming and a bad cell in the battery? Then I left and found they replaced both key fobs 👍🏾, but forgot to replace my hard keys from inside the key fobs. 👎🏾Had to go back to the dealership the next day to get those keys and then immediately got a low battery indicator in my key fob I didn’t have before. 👎🏾 It was NOT a good experience at a “premier” dealership, one of my worst, actually. Spent waaay too long at the dealership considering they called me and told me it was fixed. More

This was the most efficient and professional experience I have ever encountered at a dealership. Beyond pleased. The salesman prepared me for the visit prior to me arriving so there wouldn’t be huge surprise have ever encountered at a dealership. Beyond pleased. He wasn’t being pushy (I have experienced pushiness at dealerships far too often) and he had a system down to make the visit as quick as possible for me. The finance guy, wish I could recall his name, was outstanding. He was totally knowledgeable and friendly. All around great experience that I would recommend to anyone. More

I have been happy with every aspect of this dealership. Craig and Chris have been responsive to my needs in a vehicle, have purchased 3 vehicles in the last 2 years.
