Renzo was great. Didn't put pressure on me and worked great with me. Austin was also an awesome dude. Made signing my papers and everything else go super smooth and painless. They are top notch. The only disappointment is 3% fee for using a credit card. Some cost are so high people use their credit card as a backup. The sales staff was great Price could have come a little bit down a bit but otherwise the salesman was excellent. My trouble was with the financing guy. Asked him three times to go through BECU and he went bit down a bit but otherwise the salesman was excellent. My trouble was with the financing guy. I thought I had the price all set and loan rate on the phone. Then wen I drove up 3 hour trip it changed.
