I find the people very abrupt. When my husband said it was a similar issue to when they had fixed it 2 years ago, the guy said “I didn’t work here two years ago so you need to tell me” it’s in our service was a similar issue to when they had fixed it 2 years ago, the guy said “I didn’t work here two years ago so you need to tell me” it’s in our service records, he didn’t need to be rude. He also told us the notes from making our appointment made no sense so we needed to explain it again. When I picked up the vehicle he handed me a paper and gave no explanation. Once I asked questions, he did give me some answers, but it was like he just wanted me gone. I will also say I miss your service of washing a car when You’ve worked on it. I’m honestly frustrated that I’ve had to bring my vehicle in for 3 substantial issues in 50k miles.... More

Horrible service. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and still had to jump through hoops and had to figure out my own rental car (and had to pay for it) when my work was all covered under warran advance and still had to jump through hoops and had to figure out my own rental car (and had to pay for it) when my work was all covered under warranty and the dealership knew what needed to get done weeks in advance. The counter staff was rude with everyone there on both days and I will NEVER bring my car back there for service, even though I bought it there. Several customers were made to wait for extended periods of time at the counter before anyone would even acknowledge them. When the time comes to buy another Ford, I’ll look elsewhere for that too. Not a good look for FORD. More

I feel like we have given this place a chance more than once. If they are not filling the skid plate full of oil, they are blaming us for damaging a rental that we put 80 miles on and it had 65,000 miles.. once.
