The overall experience was fine until it went horribly south. Sunset Ford’s inspection showed on my vehicle all the brake pads were at 6 mm. Turns out they were wrong and it actually needs brakes. They told me I was wrong. I can assure you that I will tell people to avoid the service and sales department at Sunset Ford at all costs. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake. If they had told me in the beginning that it needed brakes, I wouldn’t have an issue. But they told me it just had brakes put on. More

Would of been 5 but with no ability to check my front & rear differentials and transfer case when getting a service I question the thinking behind that. I worked dealerships in the past and that has alway rear differentials and transfer case when getting a service I question the thinking behind that.
