I had my first service with them in replacing the Key FOB and remote start function on my 2013 Ford Taurus. They found out the hood release latch was broken and it wasn’t engaging with my “Door Ajar” system so it was preventing my remote start from working. They replaced the part and ensured I was satisfied with the work before sending me on my way. They took my concern from after the first visit and corrected it in a timely and affordable manner. The overall experience was fine until it went horribly south. Sunset Ford’s inspection showed on my vehicle all the brake pads were at 6 mm. Turns out they were wrong and it actually needs brakes.
