Had an appointment with Scott on a monday, so I went into service department to check in. He was scrambling around with papers at the desk and didn’t greet or even look up at me for about 10 minutes. Then I sat there for another 25 minutes STILL waiting to get checked in, being ignored by everyone there who could’ve easily said “we’ll be with you in a moment.” When I finally did and Scott was going through my warranty papers he said “I doubt your warranty will cover it” and I asked why and he said “your names not on the paper” and I explained that my dad was my co-signer but my name is on the car and he rolled his eyes and just sighed “okay.” After I got all checked-in I asked how long they’d have my car and they didn’t give me any answer. The next day came around and I didn’t receive a call at all to see what was going on with my car. Finally on the third day I called and they said it’d be done by the afternoon. Luckily I had a ride for the days I didn’t have a car otherwise I’d be upset that I didn’t get offered a rental. More
Not very happy with the experience I had. My husband and I had our financing all in place when we showed up to sign the papers for our new truck. We were originally told it would take about 1.5 hours so I l I had our financing all in place when we showed up to sign the papers for our new truck. We were originally told it would take about 1.5 hours so I left work with my husband to take care of this. We were told we needed to put our personal information on this credit app so they could find our financing in their CUDL system. I was reluctant and said no they didn't need to run our credit again as we were already approved for the truck. I put my name and birthdate on the form, low and behold they ran my credit anyway. I would dispute this but when they came back with the paperwork to sign 2 hours into the process the form authorizing to run my credit was intermingled and I didn't read it all because I needed to get back to work. I FIND THIS TO BE VERY DECEITFUL AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. My husband will go back but I won't step foot on their property again. THEY COULD BE THE LAST FORD DEALERSHIP AND I STILL WON'T GO BACK. More
The sale and all that was great. What we learned as we got free loaners for life and free oil changes. Is the goal of the service department is to xxxx you off so bad that you go somewhere else. Words can’t explain. Finance Manger pulled a fast one. Was helping my son get his first truck by trading is a Dodge Challenger, that went sour!! Finance Manger called my son which pissed him off. He thought he was going to get his car which they sold. The Manger said sorry and would give a deal next time. Which when I try to buy something it’s NO deal. Maybe couple 100s off.
