Responsive, communicative and good inventory. Showroom floor a tad bit casual on Friday afternoons but nice, friendly people. This was the 3rd time I brought my car in for the same issue. It is not fixed. Highly disappointed with Ford quality. After spending as much as I did for a new vehicle I should not have to return mult issue. It is not fixed. Highly disappointed with Ford quality. Still a little skeptical of the service and sales. Purchased a used 2020 Expedition with low miles and not made aware of the engine shutting off prior to purchase. Only mentioned when we brought it home and we’re unable to start it when we went leave for groceries. Called salesman and he said never heard of that so he checked with mechanic and he walked me through how to bypass the regular start routine to and alternate method by placing the key fob in the cup holder. Upon returning to get it fixed we were than made aware that this happened to the previous owner and no on believed it really happened. Since than took friends out to dinner at Anthony’s and when we returned to the car, it would not start. Embarrassed in front of friends with our New Car. Returned to Sunset Monday the 12th and supposedly they are working on it. Only feedback is from salesman for the past three days they are doing the “water test”. No other information provided by service or sales. More
