I dropped my truck off for a 13hr job and it took 2 months for the job to be completed. A loaner car wasn't offered and no one communicated with me the entire time. After the extended wait and spending months for the job to be completed. A loaner car wasn't offered and no one communicated with me the entire time. After the extended wait and spending $3400 I received the truck back dirty and missing the locking lug nut key for my wheels. More
