We were treated well from the time we first arrived. Financing was painless. The truck was prepared and ready to go. Service rep was courteous and friendly. The work appears satisfactory and complete. I am disappointed with the lead time to get a service appointment. I was normally able to pull in just about any day and satisfactory and complete. I am disappointed with the lead time to get a service appointment. I was normally able to pull in just about any day and get an oil change in a couple of hours. Now it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. Very frustrating. More

Everything was pretty good, other than I asked about the status of my battery, since any last oil change the battery checked as poor. I called then and was told the car probably just needs to be driven,, Ev status of my battery, since any last oil change the battery checked as poor. I called then and was told the car probably just needs to be driven,, Even though I just drove about 20 miles to get there.. The battery was new in October 2020. I was told it checked as good. Looking over my paperwork, it says the battery is bad. Now I have to make another trip in to get the battery checked. Very frustrating!!! More
