I purchased my F150 from Craig a few years ago. It was such a great experience, I knew he could help my son replace his car. I've purchased four cars in as many years from Sunset Ford, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. During my last visit, they managed to scrap my bumper, which is an unacceptable le Ford, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. Custom order for a Maverick. When it came in the manager was adamant about ADMs.. (after dealer markups) that at the time of order I specifically asked about and was informed fro When it came in the manager was adamant about ADMs.. Then when I come to pickup my vehicle it turns out there are a number of extra charges they claim they place on every vehicle which I was told at the time of order were not going to have. Then I was pretty much told that I would pay them or have to walk away from my order then allowing them to jack up the price a ton more and make even more money off of others. One of the ADMs that are applied to every vehicle is "pulse braking". The top brake light flashes a few times before going on solid for $600. Unfortunately the dealership is not aware that both in Washington and Federal Law.... illegal. Both dealership installed on a new vehicle and added on a used vehicle by dealership...are illegal. (unless it is an emergency vehicle, of which my personal vehicle would not be) https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=46.37.280 https://www.nhtsa.gov/interpretations/20288ztv If the links dont work.. "No person may have for sale, sell, or offer for sale for use upon or as a part of the equipment of a motor vehicle, [...] or use upon any such vehicle any [...] rear lamp, [...], or parts of any of the foregoing which tend to change the original design or performance...." So I highly recommend that this shady dealership stop their bull after dealer markup scams and sell just the vehicle the way people ordered them. I am going to file a complaint against them and get reimbursed back by the dealership in court for fraud. More

We went to test drive and told them right away we were not purchasing that day. They were both patient, respectful and did not push! We came back two more times and each time they were awesome!! They paid MORE for my trade in than I owed and gave us a screaming deal on our dream car! The process and interactions were seamless, not pushy, respectful and positive!! Well not the end of the world, but came in and looked at a white bronco for my wife today. The salesmen didn’t know the price so he pulled out his phone and called his sales manager and placed him on speake a white bronco for my wife today. The sales manager seemed upset about this and then the salesman proceeded to tell him “ just sell the mother xxxxxx thing” but he used the F word. My wife and I both were taken back by this tactic and decided to say no thanks and left. Just a lovely experience More
