Sales side was great, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Finance side on the other hand was another story. By mistake, the paperwork I signed was for the wrong vehicle and subsequently the wrong experience. Finance side on the other hand was another story. By mistake, the paperwork I signed was for the wrong vehicle and subsequently the wrong price. I was notified prior to picking up my vehicle that I would need to re-sign the paperwork for the correct vehicle and that it would be a bit more expensive (about $2,800 more). When I re-signed, the finance member assured me that I would actually be getting the same price I had originally signed for as the paperwork mix up happened on the dealership's end through no fault of my own. I noticed the price was still more on the new paperwork and questioned it, but I didn't have the original paperwork with me to dispute it. I contacted the finance member via phone call on 10/18/21 after I was able to compare the new paperwork to the old and they instructed me to send copies showing the price discrepancy via email. I did so and since then, the finance team member has been radio silent. I have sent multiple followups to this person but to no avail. I believe they may have misspoke about giving me the same the price but for whatever reason don't want to own up to that. If they were mistaken and told me that, I would understand. However at this point (nearly 3 weeks later) it is clear they are blatantly ignoring me and that just comes across as unprofessional. I would consider returning to this dealership for a future purchase for the sales side, but I would be hesitant to work with the finance side again. More
