Brett is amazing with communication, explaining the needed service and expected timeline, and is very knowledgeable on problems and what is needed. Sales have always been great to work with and the 1 star for Sunset Ford Dealership is based on the service manager. He is unreachable, refuses to talk to customers in the store, and sends the advisor to do his talking. He is difficult to reach and the easiest way is to show up and hope he will actually talk to you in person. After the recent visits, the service manager's customer service and attitude have lost the dealership a loyal, long-time multiple-car family. More

I have purchased over twenty vehicles since getting my drivers license in 1970, and this was my best car buying experience. Our salesperson, Jim Wagstaff, was very knowledgable and did a great job explain drivers license in 1970, and this was my best car buying experience. Everyone we met at the dealership seemed genuinely interested in making the buying experience a positive one for their customers. We received a fair value for our trade-in.
