Other times I was not able to reach a price I was comfortable with and went elsewhere but Cory worked with us through four visits and helped us reach a deal I was happy with. I will not only consider buying another/next vehicle here but would recommend him and the business as a whole. This might seem like a bs rating as most car shopping experiences are tedious but this was what I hoped to find there. Other dealerships tried to sell us a car but were not as able to find what we needed for the price I was willing to pay. We ended up purchasing a Ford Escape. When I decided to purchase a used car, I decided on an American made vehicle. I searched on-line and found a great deal on a Ford Focus. He was very friendly and answered all my questions honestly. I'm a single woman and he made shopping for the car easier than I expected. When I picked up the car of my choice, he meet me outside and walked me thru the paper process, waited for me and then showed me all the options on the car and told me to call him with any questions. He even put my temporary plate on. In my opinion he went above and beyond. He walked me thru the car step by step. I appreciated his thoroughness. More

On Friday, Aug. 2, I was forced to bring my Expedition in as I needed an emergency Repair. It was about 1:30 on Friday afternoon and I had a " Caliper " on my left front wheel that was frozen up and wa as I needed an emergency Repair. It was about 1:30 on Friday afternoon and I had a " Caliper " on my left front wheel that was frozen up and was registering aabout 400 degrees. The dealership was really booked up, but the Service Manager and Scott said they would work me in. The car was finished at about 5:30, all ready to go.
