I have purchased 4 new cars and leased 1 other in the 10 years I have dealt with Sunset Ford and Michael Gober. Michael Gober is personable, detail oriented and very imformative about the vehicles we purcha years I have dealt with Sunset Ford and Michael Gober. Michael Gober is personable, detail oriented and very imformative about the vehicles we purchased or leased. He is also super friendly and a great guy all around and I always recommend my friends and family to Michael when they are ready to purchase a new or used vehicle. Sunset Ford is lucky to have such a great employee like Michael because once someone purchases a vehicle from him then they are sure to be a repeat customer. I recently purchased a 2013 Escape at Sunset Ford. I have been buying and servicing my personal vehicles through Sunset since the mid 80's. They have always treated me fairly and professionally. Sarah Dutton, my sales representative was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She along with Larry Sidbury put together a great deal for my Escape. The professionalism and helpfulness on this transaction continued in the finance dept with Chris Caldwell. Completing the paperwork with him was painless. In the background as always Tom and Jim Heutel were there to make sure things went smoothly. I would not hesitate at all in recommending Sarah, if you are in need of purcahsing a new vehicle. This is my second or third vehicle I have purchased through Derrick at Sunset Ford. None of the salesman BS. Just a simple straight forward transaction. He is great to work with!!! I had been a customer of the dealership for over 17 years and had a good relationship. Not anymore this salesmans total lack of professionalism and the fact that I recieved no response to an email I sent th and had a good relationship. Not anymore this salesmans total lack of professionalism and the fact that I recieved no response to an email I sent the deaslership showed me that the quality of this company is questionable. If you had asked this of me 10 days ago I would tell you there was noway that I would be treated in the manner I was. I had great sales people over tyhe years in Mick and Dale but this individual Casey stear clear the other sales people may or may not be ok but this one is not. More

I have been to Sunset before and have always recieved great attention and service. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I got an oil change on my wifes car that I wanted to get ri great attention and service. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I got an oil change on my wifes car that I wanted to get rid of. While I was there I looked at Fusions and Mr. Scharf assissted me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he was able to answer any questions I had. I returned later that week and purchased the fusion. Mr. Scharf was extremely helpful and I am glad he was there to aid me in the purchase of a new car. More
