We special ordered our car because we were so particular about everything on it. Steve was very patient with us and helped us get the best deal. We had so many questions. He had it detailed for us, but knowing it would get dirty as soon as we left the lot he offered another car wash whenever we were close by to the dealer in the coming days/weeks. He also thoroughly explained the warranties that came with the F150. He offer an extended coverage but was not pushy or overbearing in his sales pitch. This is the 5th truck that I have purchased from Sunset Ford and Mike Gober has been the salesperson every time. The service was great again.
