The night before going to Sunset Ford, we went to another dealer to test drive a Jeep. The sales kid was funny rude, pushy, and had no clue about the vehicles. We told him what we were considering and he said "The Explorers suck, you should just get this." Not a 'hey we have one hear would you like to see the differenc', but just a flat out, 'I want to sell this car." Keith at Sunset Ford was very knowledgeable and polite. Pointed out all the features of the different trims, told us of the options out there, listened to what we were wanting and why. He asked once if we could make a deal today, in which we said no and that we needed to talk about everything. Two hours later, we were back buying it from him. Thanks! More

Sunset Ford Review After I totaled my Nissan Altima last October, I decided to buy another Altima and even put money down on a used one at Enterprise Used Car Sales. Bu After I totaled my Nissan Altima last October, I decided to buy another Altima and even put money down on a used one at Enterprise Used Car Sales. But, knowing Larry Burchardt from our church, I told him we would come talk to him at Sunset Ford, not thinking we would buy a Ford. He was really great, and showed us many different models, trying to help me find one that I liked. He then suggested we test drive a 2014 Ford Fusion. He carefully explained all the dash instruments and how the touch screen worked and more. I liked the car but was uncertain that we could afford it. He didn't rush us, but worked with us on cost and financing. Like I said, he was really very caring and competent. He helped us figure out financing that fit our budget and we bought it. I love it! More

He took the time to give us an appraisal of our trade-in and a price for the new vehicle before we left. After lunch my wife and I returned to revisit the numbers and after confirming them we agreed to a deal. There was no high pressure are running back and forth to the sales manager. Tim was extremely nice, patient and very knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at. I test drove 4 different trucks before deciding on the truck I purchased. When it came to financing Chris was great at explaining the terms of the loan and made me feel confident I made a good deal. Overall my experience was excellent!
