Fair and Friendly I've leased four Ford "Escape" models from Sunset Ford over the last 12 years. The last lease was handled by my salesman, Mr. Larry Burchardt. This year, I decided to change the pace and buy a new hybrid, Ford C-Max. Once again, Larry guided me through the decision-making process and patiently drove with me while testing the latest "Escape", "Fusion" and "C-max" models. Larry is a seasoned veteran who has kept pace with all the latest Ford technology & engineering and has a great knack for explaining how things work, and how to operate that technology in the latest Ford vehicles. And since I'm a hybrid "newbie", those talents were important to me. Larry Burchardt introduced me to new product, and Mr. Larry Sidberry helped to iron out the termination of my last lease and the purchase price of my new C-Max. Joe Brooks, who manages accessory additions, guided me through many of the after-market features that Sunset Ford can install to enhance your new car. (I chose custom floor mats). Last but not least, the financing and final paperwork (which can be a tiresome, tedious process) was efficiently handled by Mr. Chris Caldwell. For twelve years I've been treated fairly and courteously during every transaction. This was my fifth deal with Sunset Ford and it won't be my last. More

When he had just gotten one in a week ago he called us quickly to tell us about the truck that had just come in to the dealership.
