I am very satisfied with my experience at Sunset Ford. I was dreading the new car buying experience, which is sad, given past experiences elsewhere. I was able to meet with a sales associate on my timeframe, test drive the car I wanted, take it home to show my wife and make sure it fit in the garage. The staff at Sunset Ford strived to make what I needed work in terms of price, accessories, down payment and financing. They made the experience fun and enjoyable; which it should be. More

These 2 individuals as well as Sunset Ford as a whole are the GREATEST people to work with on getting what it is that you want and keeping you happy is what they strive to do. Not once did I ever feel that someone was trying to sell me something that I didn't want. I can tell you that I have experienced in the past with other dealers they are in it for themselves, but Sunset Ford St. Louis they are all about you!!!! This was my 2nd time purchasing from Sunset Ford St. Louis and it was just as easy and pleasant the first time as it was for me this 2nd time. The one thing I can say most of all I came in to Sunset Ford in such despair over loosing our first vehicle that we purchased from them in 2009 due to an auto accident, which was the very first Ford F-150 Raptor 2010 to them telling me all will be ok and we will make sure that you are taken care of.. So I went in very distraught but left EXTREAMLY HAPPY!!! Thank you again Sunset Ford and a HUGE Thank you to Chris & Mike for taking such good care of me. I worked with Tim Stewart on getting a new F150 lariat. He explained the differences between the trim levels I was considering and took the time to get the exact truck I wanted. Even went to their other store to get a 2013 to add some additional savings in. He wasn't high pressure and let me take my time, even offered to drop the truck off to me when it got to their store. I likely could have gotten a better price had I shopped around but I was pleased with the way I was treated, so sometimes you get what you pay for. Will be recommending Tim and Sunset to all my friends and relatives. More

Tim Stewart is AWESOME! We truly appreciated his level customer service and great personality especially after leaving one of Sunset's competitors. The sales manager at the "other" dealership was pushy, d customer service and great personality especially after leaving one of Sunset's competitors. The sales manager at the "other" dealership was pushy, demanding, and, at the end, down right mean and rude. I literally felt like I was being held hostage to "buy now or else" at this "other" dealership. Tim and Donnie were completely the opposite. They never made us feel pressured because they are obviously very confident in their company and price. It made it very easy to do business with them. Next time I won't waste my time to "shop" anywhere else; I will buy from Tim immediately. By the way....Tim and Donnie did beat their competitors price which I greatly appreciated, but honestly they didn't even have to. I would have bought from them either way based on the level of customer service we received from them. So, I got the vehicle I wanted, got the price that I wanted, and walked out of Sunset Ford a very happy new car owner! Great job Tim Stewart, Donnie Sommers and Sunset Ford! Time was great with answering questions and speaking on the phone. I live almost 3 hours away and was able to negotiate over the phone before driving 3 hours to the dealership.
