After landing a new job, I needed a vehicle that would be more of a daily driver. My budget was tight, but I still wanted to have a little fun. I was referred to Sunset Ford by a family member where I met Casey. Casey made me feel right at home. He was very knowledgeable about Ford products and easy to talk with. This was my first new car purchased so I was nervous about the pressure. Casey understood my position and never introduced anything out of my budget. Although I was skeptical about owning a Fiesta, Casey showed me the ST model. The ST had the gas mileage I was looking for, as well as the added turbocharger for fun. After a few phone calls, a visit in person for a test drive and several emails, we closed the deal. We leased a great vehicle at a great price. Through the process we met three sales people and several other Sunset personnel. We always had the impression they were working as a team, as opposed to individuals competing with each other. Tim Stewart was excellent. He was friendly and helpful, always providing accurate information very quickly. He clearly wanted to sell us a vehicle, but was never pushy. We are very satisfied with our experience with Tim at Sunset Ford, and will go back for more! More
