Knowledgeable and trustworthy are the key attributes I look for in a salesman. The car buying experience does not have to be a tooth pulling, arm twisting or stres and trustworthy are the key attributes I look for in a salesman. (after a little negotiating of course) They even took my old car as trade for my new one even though it barely ran and needed engine and AC work. I settled on a used explorer and could not be happier with my selection. More
