2014 Ford Escape purchase Within 24 hours of contacting Sunset Ford online for information related to purchasing a new Ford Escape we received an email response from Joe Reidel Within 24 hours of contacting Sunset Ford online for information related to purchasing a new Ford Escape we received an email response from Joe Reidel. Within 2 hours of that response we had already set up an appointment at the dealership. Joe met us at the door. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions, and within 1 hour we were finalizing the purchase. In addition, the dealership detail shop had already closed, so Joe personally detailed our new vehicle, and transferred our old plates to the new car. Joe then proceeded to walk my wife through all the amenities that the new vehicle offered. He synced her phone to the vehicle and ensured that any questions she had were answered. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Sunset Ford. The service they offer is 2nd to none. I am sure we will be purchasing future vehicles from this same dealership. We loved being able to take both cars out for test drives without the salesman present so that we could talk in private before making our decision.
