Tim was extremely nice, patient and very knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at. I test drove 4 different trucks before deciding on the truck I purchased. When it came to financing Chris was great at explaining the terms of the loan and made me feel confident I made a good deal. Overall my experience was excellent! He answered all of our questions allowed us to take a test drive to lunch where my wife and I were able to discuss our purchase away from the dealership. He took the time to give us an appraisal of our trade-in and a price for the new vehicle before we left. After lunch my wife and I returned to revisit the numbers and after confirming them we agreed to a deal. There was no high pressure are running back and forth to the sales manager.
