Steve Lower is the type of sale person that I enjoy working with. He did not pressure me into anything. He didn't have any specific type of car or truck that had to be sold this week. He let me look, and then he answered my questions. At the time of the purchase, he was very patient and helpful in showing me many of the new features in the Escape I selected. The finance team was helpful in completing the necessary paperwork that allowed me to lease the Escape (this is my first time leasing a car). I will recommend Sunset Ford to friends and family when they are looking for a new car or truck. More

I purchased my 2003 Ford Exployer Sport from Sunset Ford back in 2002 - still have its a great SUV, but its was getting up there in mileage...160,xxxxx! Janie was very understanding of my hesitation to take the leap and purchase a new vehicle - she was very patient with me and she knew I had a set payment in mind. She also could sense that I wanted a really nice new vehicle. I felt that Janie was a great of help in achieving that payment goal; she was able to fully answer all of my many questions and she was diligent in searching for an answer if she did not know. I was very comfortable in my dealings with Janie. Larry Sidberry was also very patient and understanding and I believe he did his very best in achieving my goal as well.
