I live 200 miles away and was only going to be in St. Louis for one day. Braden very effectively used email to work around our schedule. He found the color of Escape I really liked and helped us to trade in our old vehicle and purchase the new one. Everything went quickly and smoothly! We're thrilled with our new truck, but daily, we're finding poorly painted unrepaired nicks on the body of the truck. They were covered very well at the time of the sale, but within a few weeks, they're showing up more and more, so we're a little disappointed and feel maybe they could have done more of a professional job or at least told us there were a few spots on the body of the truck. This truck is the second vehicle I've bought from Sunset Ford and I may have to reconsider where I purchase my next vehicle. More

My car was Certified but they had not been finished completely so I went back a few days later to pick it up. They actually put new tires on my car because they was at 50%.
