Then after we made our decision he explained the different options available to us and the cost. Was no pressure on us to go with higher cost options, he left it totally in our hands after. After the sale he went through the car explained all the options and informed us if we had any issues, questions, or concerns that we could come back any time and he would happily take care of us. Very pleasant overall experience. More
