In just our 3rd day of looking for a used small SUV for my son's first car we had made many visits to various dealerships around the St. Louis area with most living up to the dreaded "used car salesman" interactions I anticipated. Randy on the other hand was very pleasant to work with throughout the process and never once did I feel pressured to purchase a car from him for any reason, although I wanted to after my first interaction with him. He was informative as to the features of the various Escape years and models we were looking at and made the price negotiation process quite painless. The closing of the deal went seamlessly and I feel I purchased a quality vehicle at a fair price with his help. I would highly recommend giving Randy a chance to work with you if you are in the market for a new or used car as I understand he works both sides of the business. "Don't close the deal 'til Sunset!" is so true, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Randy. More
