I now decided I would contact the dealership and explain the situations. Right away I received a personal call back from one of the owners, and after a couple conversations the owner made sure everything was satisfactory to my liking for both issues. I am happy with the car, but even more with the fact that the owner took it upon himself and gave the time to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Mr. Heutel. Randy guided me through the out-of-state process, I paid the reserve, scheduled the test drive, drove two states over to make the appointment and then closed the deal. Sunset Ford found decent Financing (including the out-of-state sales tax) and after contacting my home state, provided very specific details on how to proceed with vehicle registration.
