Horrible experience Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The brand new car had a small interior scratch and since I was buying a brand new vehicle, I thought that Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The brand new car had a small interior scratch and since I was buying a brand new vehicle, I thought that the salesman would do everything he could to give me at least a small reimbursement. Since they were selling me a new vehicle with damage that is. My request was denied and the salesman was more interested in taking me out instead of doing his job. After the unpleasant interaction with the sales department, my brand new car broke down 3 days later. They kept it in the shop for over a week. After I picked it up, it broke down again 15 minutes after I left the lot. I have owned the vehicle for a month, and yet I drove it for only 3 days. I'm not even sure when I'm going to get it back. At this point I am terrified that the car will be breaking down like this all the time. It is a huge inconvenience, especially since I have an infant. My request for a different car was denied, so now I am left with a horrible vehicle that has been in the shop since I owned it. The service department is very professional and pleasant to talk to. Mindy Linn went out of her way to treat me fairly and with respect. She kept me updated on the situation and made sure I was taken care of to the extent of her ability. More

2015 Mustang I shopped the internet for a car with the options and color I was interested in. I found it at Sunset Ford. I met Braden upon arrival. He had the car I shopped the internet for a car with the options and color I was interested in. I found it at Sunset Ford. I met Braden upon arrival. He had the car ready for me to test drive. Braden made the buying experience painless. Once I had decided and discussed the deal I had to leave for a personal issue. Braden picked me up at my home later that day to sign the completed papers and drive my new car home. Braden reviewed the features and functions and Sync'd and tested my phone for usage.
