We had a previous leased vehicle that we planned to purchase but Howard took considerable time to review all of our options and stay in touch with us for several weeks while we struggled with making a decision. Howard was super thorough in going over all the options of our new Focus because w never had a good explanation of how operate all the equipment when we got our Focus from a different salesman 2 years earlier. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. We will be back to Sunset for our next vehicle. More

Howard is the hardest working individual that I know of and puts his own needs aside to bring the best experience in buying a vehicle that we all know can be very nerve-racking. Howard kept in contact throughout the entire process even on weekends and at nights I would either get an email or a call. He treats his customers as a family friend and not just another customer. Poor service Pulled into service bay... told by person at desk "I am just a driver, you need to wait for ________". In STL on a pleasure trip, accumulator drier needed replaced on my late-model Lincoln Navigator as the air had started blowing warm/cold/etc. Told it would be three weeks before someone could look at it. This is why I purchased the Lincoln, easy service at any Ford dealer in case of an emergency. My local Ford dealer made an appointment to have it repaired the very NEXT day at 8 am and said they would have done it the very same day, except I was 120 miles away. So much for "gold key" emergency service... Love my local dealer, hate this one. More
