From the minute I walked in I felt very welcomed by all the staff members. I knew what features I wanted on my new car, unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock. Howard Wood, said no problem, let me look through incoming inventory and see if I can find exactly what you want. Within Ten minutes they located a car and within the week, I had my new car. This was such a pleasant experience and I felt like I got a great deal and a wonderful dealership to use for the maintenance of my car. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car! More

I was in a unique position that afforded me the time to do a bit of research, drive a few cars, and carefully weigh my options prior to making a decision. Based on two prior purchases with Sunset Ford, it was pretty much a 'no brainer' in regards to who I was going to spend my money with; the only thing potentially hampering this would be the unlikely event that the specifications I was looking for not might not be available to them. They didn't disappoint. My contact person at Sunset is Mike Geraghty, with whom I made my previous purchases with. When I began my search I stopped by to discuss the particulars of my situation with him, as well as what I had in mind. A test drive took place that afternoon and I realized that my mind was fairly well made up, deciding on a 2015 Ford Edge Sport. The next few weeks were spent researching various options, colours, etc. and keeping Mike in the loop while I waited for a few other things to fall into place. As soon as I knew when I would be ready to finalize the sale I gave Mike a call to keep him updated, and within a day or so he sent me an e-mail indicating that a vehicle with the specs I was looking for was available. We arrived at 2:00 that afternoon, and were driving away in a beautiful, new Tuxedo Black 2015 Ford Edge Sport shod in 21" Pirelli Scorpions by 4:30 the same day. The whole process was fantastic and the staff there, especially Mike, is extremely accommodating, respectful of the fact that making a purchase like this is a substantial investment. Needless to say I'm pretty satisfied with the whole process/experience, and would definitely recommend Sunset Ford to anyone. And yes, Mike will be my contact person in the future. More

He explained what he had in stock and met my taste explained what I wanted and I he said this is what we have that can be a great fit. I was very happy when he took me on a test drive and showed me the features of the Ford Escape. We drove two Ford Escapes and was very pleased with his customer service. He was very patient and pleasant. He is an expert and knowing his product knowledge. Horrible Experience, not once but twice This is the second time my husband and I went to Sunset Ford. Both times we've had a bad experience. This time Jenn wanted to try to make things right This is the second time my husband and I went to Sunset Ford. Both times we've had a bad experience. This time Jenn wanted to try to make things right from our last experience and had us work with Braden. We found the vehicle we wanted and filled out the credit application on Saturday morning. Braden tools us the banks would be closed and wouldn't be able to do anything till Monday to see exactly where the numbers would be at for payments but wanted to confirm he had everything and thai if we didn't hear from him by 3 to call him. Of course I called him about 3:30 to make sure he got it. So Braden called worth the numbers Monday and all was good so I went to treat drive it. Asked about the brakes and he said he'd have to look and get back to me. Braden also said they still had to send the vehicle through to have everything checked out. Why have a vehicle for sale if you're not ready to sell it is my first question...never heard anything about the brakes till we called to see what was going on so we could pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork. Braden then (which is Wednesday at this point) said it was still in the shop and they were doing the brakes and rotors and he'd call us about an hour before it would be done. At this point it is 7 in the evening and nothing so my husband called Braden and explained to him how it seemed like we were begging him to sell us a car and at this point we weren't even sure we wanted to buy it anymore. As big as they are I find it hard to believe they had 10 in line Monday morning and they were still unable to get to this one till Wednesday. Braden in turn had his manager Perry call us. My husband told him the same thing and that we'd just come get the car seat I installed for when my husband and daughter went to pickup the vehicle. Perry also informed us there was something wrong with the sunroof which Braden failed to mention. Moral of our story with Sunset Ford is very poor communication. At no point were we asked what they could do to save the deal. So once again we will buy our next vehicle from another dealer. More

Great! I went into Sunset knowing the exact Ford Escape I was interested in. Randy was extremely understanding and called a technician right away to get it down so I could take it on a test drive instead of trying to sell me on another more convenient car. He knew all the specs about the car and was very informative. He wasn't pushy at all! Once I bought it he went the extra mile to teach me how to use the MyFordTouch system. I would highly recommend not closing the deal til Sunset! And ask for Randy!! More
