I did a lot of research on Ford Escapes online before I hit the dealership. Even so, once I got there, I realized I hadn't thought about a lot of things. Steve Lower helped me look at different options that included features important to me and then also consider other options that might make more sense. After looking at more cars than I care to remember, I chose something that was perfect for me. Throughout the process, Steve was patient and of great assistance.
