Great, "real" people; wonderful service. First of all, when I walked into the pre-owned office I was somewhat anxious about what the service would be like, whether the sales people would be o First of all, when I walked into the pre-owned office I was somewhat anxious about what the service would be like, whether the sales people would be over-exuberant and pushy and whether I would qualify for credit. The first person I met was Perry and he is one of the nicest, most laid back people I've met. But then he introduced me to Randy and my experience with him was like sitting in my living room talking with an old friend. The car I had come to look at had been sold. Randy and Perry told me what they had that I might like and today, at 1:00pm, I drove home a car I never thought I would be able to afford. Randy explained the car, a 2006 Mercury Marquis with just 69,000 miles, from top to bottom and side to side and demonstrated each action. By the time I left the lot, I was thoroughly familiar with every aspect of the car and comfortable in my confidence that Randy inspired. The whole experience was wonderful, Randy just happened to be a highlight. I will highly recommend Sunset Ford to my friends and family. A childhood friend was with me for the whole experience and she totally agrees. More

Patience and low pressure. Smooth Experience. My final salesperson was nice and communicated well for that he get's a well deserved A! I had a hiccup with my new Ford Focus Titanium needing items serviced literally the next day. However, that is neither on the sale or dealer side. 1). Vehicle has continental tires which caused vehicle to pull left going down the highway, 2). I had mysterious goo appear on the outside of the sunroof glass. 3). The 10 speaker Sony stereo system has full rich consistent subwoofer bass but seemingly really lacks in midrange, (percussion) and treble. Having said that it's my 2nd Focus!! Oh and I did not care for the dealer sticker on my paint they should ask customers if they want that beyond dealer named license plate frames. Professional, nice, comfortable! Excellent customer service!! We came to sunset to shop for a used car as we had bought our last car at this dealership. We stopped into the service department to ask Mike Wilhite if he could steer us to someone who could help us out and as always he pointed us in the perfect direction to Jim. We explained what we were looking for and he took us right to the selection of cars that fit all our wants and needs. He was also very busy the day we stopped in and even though he was juggling several customers at once (including us) we never once felt we second on his list. Jim will always make you feel like his number one priority and let's be honest you don't get that these days!! He was very patient with us and all of our questions and had a wonderful understanding and knowledge of the cars and what things work best for you as an individual customer!!!!
