I was dreading the moment that the haggling for dollars and cents would start, and the pressure of a sale would begin. To my surprise I didn't feel the need to haggle, and I didn't feel pressured. They captured every possible incentive that I had available to me, and got me a great interst rate. They also exceeded my expectations as far as customer service no hidden fees everything was explained in detail. I truly felt that they didn't want to just sell me a truck they wanted to make me a long time customer. Purchased a new auto I sent an inquiry via the internet to Sunset Ford on the purchase price for a new Ford Explorer. I received a reply back in less than half an hour. The price was considerably less than four other dealers where I had had already made inquiries. I then went to the dealership and met salesman Don Calvin who was very nice and answered all of my questions. He invited me to take a test drive, and the car was awesome. Their initial price quote was so fair, I didn't even try to get them to go lower on the auto. Don was awesome and fair to work with. Financial services manager Treff Laplant made signing all the paperwork a breeze. He also gave me a great quote on an extended service contract for the vehicle I just purchased. And if that wasn't enough, he gave me a great deal on a service contract for a 2014 Ford I had purchased for my granddaughter at another used car dealership. Don Calvin went over all the accessories on the car I bought explaining how all the high tech gadgets worked. I can not say enough good things about my experience at Sunset Ford. I am 64 years old and have bought many cars, but this was by far the most relaxing purchase I have ever made. More
