My dad actually had a few questions and mentioned to me later that Keith answered them before he had a chance to answer which impressed him and believe me that's hard to do. We were there for 4 hours but it wasn't bad because Keith us informed of what was happening. At NO time did I feel pressured into the deal. Your dealership will be around another 100 years if your customers are continued to be treated like we were today.
