What more could I ask? Justin Lombard was the finance member I talked to. He was friendly, very organized, and sped through the process, being careful to explain every paper to us so we understood it fully. Randy Ennis, my salesman, made the entire process quick and easy. I, being a 22 year old college student, didn't know too much about purchasing a car, but he helped me through every step and talked to my parents about the finance and warranty side of the deal. He was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. Randy had a sign up in his office that said, "No negativity allowed," and that same motto rang true for my entire experience at Sunset Ford.
