I ended up getting a good deal for my trade in, which made the whole deal good in my view. I really love the vehicle I got, and will keep it for a long time. Keith was professional and even though there was a mistake made, he was able to get the deal done. I certainly felt he had my best interest at heart in the deal. Justin was great with financing getting the deal done that day and working to make sure I got the same deal from them that I would have gotten from my own credit union. This saved me a couple of extra trips to the dealership and a few to my own credit union. More

Great Experience Dan was great salesman. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in right away and was even willing to have another vehicle brought from Waterloo ove Dan was great salesman. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in right away and was even willing to have another vehicle brought from Waterloo over to South County if I wanted. He was not pushy at all like some sales people I have dealt with in the past at other dealerships. He was a very pleasant man to talk to, was forthright open and honest about the condition of the used vehicle I was looking at and he showed me every single work order that had been completed on the vehicle. I ended up buying this 2011 Ford Expedition for a good price and they did there best to meet my target monthly payment. They got very close. FYI... About 9 years ago I bought a brand new 2007 Ford Mustang GT from this dealership and I still have it. I went back to Sunset because of my great experience with that new vehicle. I feel like I can trust Sunset Ford to sell quality products. More
