I had initially contacted Steve within the past week after stopping by to lo Today I purchased a new 2016 Ford F-150 from Steve Lower at Sunset Ford. I had initially contacted Steve within the past week after stopping by to look at new trucks. I found a white F-150 with a front bench seat that was close to my needs after looking over the lot and was greeted by Steve when I walked in the door. Steve was friendly and professional. He looked over my selected vehicle, talked about it features and contrasted it with my original 1998 Ram 1500 4WD in terms of towing. He also talked through the features of the new truck. After we had talked a bit, he took the information on the truck I had seen on the lot to the manager and came back with a very good offer. I told him I was still doing my research and would be getting back with him. A day after my visit, Steve sent me an email thanking me for my visit, offering to answer any further questions I had, and telling me about Sunset Ford's Owner Advantage program. I also got an email that day from the Sales Manager, Larry Sidberry, thanking me for my interest in a Sunset Ford product and asking if they met my expectations for service. Two day ago, I got an email for the General Manager, Pete Heutel, also asking about the quality of the service I received from Sunset Ford. I replied to both managers letting them know I was happy with my interactions to date. I replied to Steve thanking him for his help and asking about vehicles in gray tones (silver or magnetic). I also asked him about a 6.5 foot bed on the super crew trucks. Steve initially replied telling me the 6.5 foot beds were limited and then called back a two days ago telling me he had three trucks (white, silver, and black) that met all of my needs: Super crew cab, 302A package, 3.5L ecoboost engine, and a 6.5 foot bed. I scheduled a visit for today and took a test drive of the silver F-150. My wife and I loved the ride and the room. The truck bed was perfect for the size I wanted to haul things. The tow package would take care of towing either an ATV trailer or a camper. We decided the silver F-150 was just what we wanted, so we returned after the test drive and told Steve we wanted to buy the truck and trade in my '98 dodge. The process went smoothly, with the financing being worked out within about half an hour by Justin Lombard. Within about an hour and a half after walking into Sunset Ford today, I drove out in a new truck that is exactly what we wanted at a price that was more than fair. Kudos to the staff at Sunset Ford and special thanks to Steve Lower. More

Dan Dopuch greeted us with a warm handshake and friendly smile. Since we had already researched the inventory we gave him stock numbers, he brought around the car, gave us the keys and sent us on our test drive. When we decided on the car the negotiation went smoothly and we were pleased with our deal. Several years ago we tried to buy a new Mustang from Sunset but were either ignored by the front room staff or not taken seriously on the lot which resulted in a purchase elsewhere. Had we been working with Dan Dopuch at that time we probably would bought there. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dan Dopuch for ANY vehicle purchase - new or used. This man knows his stuff and made our experience great (even in the rain). Don't close your deal till Sunset - but not till you've talked to Dan Dopuch!! More

Dale Noakes was the salesperson that helped me out and he was very honest and helpful. He laid out the facts about the vehicles, but was not pushy. I appreciated his no-pressure attitude. I made a few visits to the dealership and called Dale each time and he was always eager to help. He had a great sense of each vehicle and remained in constant contact with me throughout the process. Treff LaPlant was also a great asset in my buying experience. He talked me through the many options for extended warranties and made sure the finance process was seamless. Not only was he helpful, but also just a great guy and a joy to talk to!
