Dan Dopuch was a no pressure salesman that seemed more interested in making sure I was satisfied with my decision then selling me a car. We test drove many cars and Dan was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. Once we decided on a car and negotiated a price I met Treff Laplant who helped me with the financing. Treff was very easy to work with and made the whole experience pleasant. He was very professional and took time to answer all of my many questions and explained everything to me and to my fullest satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the experience and recommend Sunset Ford to anyone looking to buy a car. Both gentlemen were very nice. I shopped around town and can say that the prices at Sunset Ford are fair and I that experienced no pressure at all at Sunset Ford. That was not true at many of the other lots I visited. I can honestly say that all the staff that I met were friendly and while everyone wanted to help me I did not feel like they wanted me to buy anything I was not going to be satisfied with. I will be back and plan to buy my next car at Sunset Ford and plan to tell everyone to visit them. More

Terrible Warranty Process and Customer Service Purchased a New 2016 Ford Focus SE Hatchback on 5-21-16, Don was honest and upfront and not pushy in our decision in choosing between a New or Pre-Own Purchased a New 2016 Ford Focus SE Hatchback on 5-21-16, Don was honest and upfront and not pushy in our decision in choosing between a New or Pre-Owned car, after careful consideration it was in our best interest to get a new car, was all clean and shiny and they even put a full tank of gas in it before we picked it up! Don also showed me how to sync my phone to the car and showed me how to use all the features inside and outside the car. June 22nd Edit After owning this new car for 3 weeks and having 1600 miles on it, there was a gap in my rear quarter window, also my lcd screen for the center console displayed a black screen with colored lines along with sirius not available even though you get 6 months free upon purchasing a new ford, took 8 days to fix the car, they took the dash apart to replace the lcd screen and had to replace the window 3 times or so just to get it right, got a call a couple days ago stating that the window was installed incorrectly again and that they would need to redo it, also after picking up the car today, I noticed a small dent a couple inches from the window that they replaced, told the shop manager and she didn't seem concerned at all and even told me that the window guys don't have anything that would dent the car, she said come by next week and we'll take a look at it, absolutely ludicrous then when I sign off on my car the cashier tells me I got a free car wash for my trouble, I honestly don't know If I'm dreaming or what but I'm being completely honest in this review, have pictures of the car with the lcd screen being bad and the window gap, just feel like I wasn't treated like a valued customer even though I spent a little above 20 grand to get this new car, Disgusted. More
