After narrowing our search down to two different cars at two different dealerships we began the negotiations. The dealer down the road was rude, arrogant and not willing to "close the gap" in price, so we walked. We were happy we did, because at the end of the day we were way more pleased with how Sunset, particularly Mike Geraghty, had treated us. Very low pressure, easy to talk to and negotiate with...it was a win / win for all. I would recommend Mike over and over again. More

I went to the dealership thinking I was going to get one model of the Ford Escape but I ended up with a different model and I wouldn't go back. When I went and did the financing I told them that I wanted to go through a certain credit union and they obliged but when I went to go sign the paperwork I felt bullied into getting an additional warranty. I kept saying no and the finance man was pushing it and would not take that for an answer. Finally after about 5 to 10 minutes of me saying "I don't think it's necessary" he listened. I was excited about making my first big purchase and he kind "brought me down." And I didn't really appreciate it. More
