My partner and I decided to test drive the vehicle to see if we both liked it (he is 6'4" and I'm only 5'3") but when we arrived the SUV was being test driven in Waterloo. Still, Dan tried to show us other vehicles in our price range and we test drove them while the other SUV was in the back of my mind. After the test drives, we talked with Dan about our options and found out the vehicle we wanted wasn't bought and would be back within the hour. During the revisit, Sunset made sure I was coached through operation of this technology one on one with a great salesman. This salesman was respectful of my learning style and relative inexperience with new technology in a vehicle. (And he never " surfed the net" or checked his smart phone once during our appointment!) I was shown the service department and made aware of money saving service features like 1st oil change free and future notices that would arrive via email. I am impressed with the dedication to excellence this dealership displayed. More
