Mr Boerding was also very helpful and we were able to make a deal. The gentleman in the finance department also was very kind and helpful. Sorry I can remember his name. Everyone we dealt with was professional and kind. My only complaint; as I told Mr Boerding was the inside of the car was not real clean. He himself cleaned a few areas where something had been spilled and I appreciated that very much. More

Great Place to Buy The 2013 Ford Escape was our first purchase from Sunset Ford at the Gravois location. A few weeks later we purchased a 2011 Edge from the Waterloo location. We were extremely happy with both locations. Mike Geraghty was our salesman at the Gravois location for the 2013 Escape, he was very helpful in explaining the different options and showing us the vehicles that he had for sale. Mike was very professional, friendly and gave a us a very good price on the vehicle we picked out. We want to thank him very much we are so happy with our purchase. Jason Schriver was our finance person. He was very polite, went over all out paper work and explained all the options we have and did it in a very professional manner. Cory Pupilo was wonderful!! I took my mom in to Ford, she had 4 cars she wanted to look at!! I explained to Cory what I wanted for her like the safety stuff being number one!! She wanted her phone to be hooked up and be able to call 911 :-) she was starting to get the hang of it. At first she wanted this really small car, I told Cory to pull around a different car she would love but it was bigger and I would knew if she got hit she would be safe, He did, she drove that car and said this is my car!! Yes it was a little more money but for my mom's safety it is so worth it!! She loved Cory, he showed her everything about the car! Cory made my day knowing that she would be safe!!
