Edward, Clinton and Jeff all did a fantastic job helping me buy one of my dream cars. Edward got me extra pictures early on to make sure the car was in a condition I liked. Jim Wagstaff was fantastic! He really listened to my concerns, needs and preferences regarding a new vehicle. I am close to retirement and this was the first brand new car I h He really listened to my concerns, needs and preferences regarding a new vehicle. I am close to retirement and this was the first brand new car I have ever purchased. He understood my nervousness about the whole process and owning a new car and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I drove away with a new Ford Escape at a great price! Jim really cares about putting people in the right vehicle and I purchased my Escape with great confidence. I was also very impressed with Jeff (financial rep) who explained the financing and warranty options in a way I could fully understand. He, like Jim, was really great to work with. I will recommend Jim and Sunset Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks to all! More
