I took my truck in because of what I thought maybe a transmission problem but was a fuel pump. The confusion was that the paperwork said a transmission fix when it was a fuel pump. They were unable to explain and with the charges being higher then I thought I still think they charged me for a transmission protecen though it was fuel pump. They also charged 500 for seal replacement. Did they need to be changed? When you think they are playing with what they are charging it makes you uneasy. More

In addition, I watch my keys transfer from one person to another in the smoothest way possible...I rarely see that type of teamwork at any job these days. Mason had great customer service from the time he called me to get details about my car, to the time my car was ready for pick up. I was thankful that Mason offered me a service loaner while my car was still being serviced, even if it was for one day. My car is running great again. More

The communication on what has been agreed to be done is not always the best, ensure they documented all agreements on what needs fixed in the computer system and who the agreement was made with as well as who is responsible for paying for what. I have the oil change for life and was the last appointment on a Friday night, ask specifically to have all my tires inflation checked and it never got done, makes me question what else they did not check. I hope I did not make a mistake buying my truck from this dealership. More
