service dept I'm leaving 3 stars because the only way I seem to get an apt is to show up in person. Back in Nov 2018, I called and left 2 messages with the service I'm leaving 3 stars because the only way I seem to get an apt is to show up in person. Back in Nov 2018, I called and left 2 messages with the service dept, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I stopped by in the evening on my way home from work and made the apt in person. I saw my message on a post it note and said, well you can throw that away On Monday 1/28/19, I had the same issue. Called service and left a message with Lex at 9:30 am. At 12:30 pm I called again and Lex told me my call would be returned after messages from the weekend were answered. At 3:40 pm I drove to the dealership and made my apt in person. Once again, I could see my message on a post it note waiting for a service tech to return my call. If I didn't work a mile from this dealership, I wouldn't be able to just pop in and make an apt to get my service done. Thankfully what I needed done was able to be done in just over an hour. More

Terrible in all areas The service employee didn’t know there is a difference in the weight-grade if oil so said I couldn’t get full synthetic. He kept telling me 5W-20 is a The service employee didn’t know there is a difference in the weight-grade if oil so said I couldn’t get full synthetic. He kept telling me 5W-20 is a synthetic blend. I don’t know if he was in a bad mood or what but he was very condescending and sarcastic from the get go. They then proceeded to find me later and tell me that their 5W-20 is full synthetic. Two people came and told me that. When I looked up the product number from the receipt it is a synthetic blend. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer. More

I have a hectic schedule as a mom of 4 and they always work with my schedule for oil changes etc. In 5 or so years when I need a new car I will come back to Sunset first. More

Lack of communication, Picked up my truck to find out that i owed them 162$. Also rough start when using key start.. they charged me diagnostic ... And found nothing as always!!!! the service advisor came across very rude and short while talking to her before and after. If you dont like people or your job, or want to help people !! FIND A NEW JOB!!! More
