Bad advise from service department I talked to service advisor about a damaged key and a vehicle that possibly had a immobilizer in it I was informed by service that it in fact did and I talked to service advisor about a damaged key and a vehicle that possibly had a immobilizer in it I was informed by service that it in fact did and I would need a special key . They took me to parts sold me a 110 dollar key it turns out that the car does not have an immobilizer unit on it and a 10 dollar key would work just fine . Or the one I already had . The cat had a blown coil fuse that was replaced for another 166 dollars . Do yourself a favor and find an honest dealer . More

Nothing was offered to drive, so I waited another 2 hrs only to leave the dealership with the tires not properly inflated. Called back to the service writer and let them know my displeasures. Only to be told to bring it back again for the third time, and they were sorry again. I should have went to Walmart they could have done a better job More

The truck has a ATC gull wing conversación, the drivers door opens like a Delorian. My vehicle is extremely important to me because I am not able to just use another vehicle. I had my my battery tested at Les Schwabs and everything tested good. When I had the truck die again I decided it was time to have it looked at. I went to Good Chevrolet in Renton, told them my story and was told that they could get me in a week from when I was there. They suggested I call around to see if someone else could Get me in sooner and after a few calls SUNSET CHEVROLET made it possible to get my truck in that veery same day. Very poor customer service and rude service personnel I have been taking my vehicle back there for free oil changes for life and other work to be done. Last time I called 4 times and a ok reps were busy I have been taking my vehicle back there for free oil changes for life and other work to be done. Last time I called 4 times and a ok reps were busy and they took my name and number and never called me back. After 1 week of trying to get my vehicle in for service and the DEF gauge fix which they said would set after the last oil change where I told them about the issue. Service agent was rude when I said I’d wait and not drop off he said it could take hours and I asked why they didn’t tell Me that when I made the appointment or have a loaner vehicle to use if it would take that Long. After 3 hours it was done and I asked it to be washed which it wasn’t so I had to wait another 45 minutes to get that done. Very poor and rude service agents. Not all are rude but some are very bad.
