Long Wait for Repair Took car in with Engine and Traction light on. Waited 3 days for a call, but I had to call to find out status. Service department was taking the engin Took car in with Engine and Traction light on. Waited 3 days for a call, but I had to call to find out status. Service department was taking the engine apart, then waiting for the warranty company to come look at the dismantled engine. I called again for update since I hadn't heard. Now Sevice was waiting for a second warranty rep to come look to verify what should be done and what's covered. Finally car was repaired and I went to pick up. Car was filthy with bird poop all over. The loaner car I was given was filthy inside and out. I had to clean and vacuum for it to be presentable. After looking at the invoice I'll need to call and talk with the service manager about items listed that said I refused to have repaired. I did not refuse any work. Disappointed with my almost 5 week repair. Happy with how much the warranty covered of the $7,560 bill. More

Buy a car if you want a lifetime of problems . I bought a 2 yr old car that was supposedly the service managers trade in. This car has been nothing but coolant issue problems. Good thing I bought the extended warranty because I used it. Same problems even after the warranty was up though. The service techs don’t care if your problem ever gets fixed and will tell you everything is normal. More

I'm an idiot So I recently changed the oil in my daughters car. Later that day the engine light came on. I couldnt figure out why, so I took it to Sunset. From the appointment process to the turn in of the car...first class treatment. But when they discovered the problom... they displayed true professionalism. My oil cap wasnt on tight...I'm such an idiot...but they were awesom and didnt laugh at me for such a silly mistake and didnt charge me what I was expecting....bonus!!! Thanks Sunset...I will be back! More
