I wasn't sure what to expect because the orientation was cancelled for COVID. I scheduled my appointment. They sent me a confirmation text and called to remain me. Staff were friendly. Don’t buy a car or truck here ! They make promises they can’t keep with loaner cars and forget about oil changes unless you want to book it 2 weeks out. My engine light came on and They identified that my can’t keep with loaner cars and forget about oil changes unless you want to book it 2 weeks out. My engine light came on and They identified that my fuel injector was bad but would not replace them even though my new car is under full warranty. The service department is horrible . I called GM and they did not take care of the problem. I’ve owned a 12 GM cars and trucks . I will not buy another one ! I would rate them at a zero if that was a option! More
