Don’t buy a car or truck here ! They make promises they can’t keep with loaner cars and forget about oil changes unless you want to book it 2 weeks out. My engine light came on and They identified that my can’t keep with loaner cars and forget about oil changes unless you want to book it 2 weeks out. My engine light came on and They identified that my fuel injector was bad but would not replace them even though my new car is under full warranty. The service department is horrible . I called GM and they did not take care of the problem. I’ve owned a 12 GM cars and trucks . I will not buy another one ! I would rate them at a zero if that was a option! More

Service dept. I have only dealt with the service dept, no experience with sales or parts. I took my car in for routine service and as I was paying I noticed the wro I have only dealt with the service dept, no experience with sales or parts. I took my car in for routine service and as I was paying I noticed the wrong weight oil was used. Chevrolet released a new oil recommendation, I requested the new oil be used. I was just going to ask that they make a note for next time. Instead they offered to drain the oil and use the new oil. 30 minutes later all done. Everyone makes mistakes, it was nice to see them step up like that. More
