Service was quick. I am disappointed in that my receipt does not reflect a complete inspection and any recommendations for services. I asked about the tires being rotated and this wasn’t even mentioned or does not reflect a complete inspection and any recommendations for services. I was vocal about the fact that I wanted to maintain the warranty on my vehicle but was not made to feel certain that all is up to date on my end. Our equinox is losing oil. When we brought the car in to have checked the technician states that this is normal(!?!). We know other equinox owners, some are cars nerds. Not one have said this. We are not ha have checked the technician states that this is normal(!?!). We know other equinox owners, some are cars nerds. Not one have said this. We are not happy with their lack of concern. We have full coverage on this vehicle but was told we may have to pay for repairs if there is nothing wrong. We would trade this car in if we got a straight up swap but the car isn’t worth it in this shape. Heard that service department isn’t good from friends. No one has heard of this problem. We feel like we got a lemon. More
