I have been going to them for 20 years. I feel they do a good job as far as I can see. I just felt they dropped the ball when I took my car in.i spent 700.00 on 45000 mile service. I dropped my car off at 9 they gave me a rental. Then I called twice to when to pick it up. It didn't even get in for service till 2. So then I called at 4. Then they till me it was almost done. That just didn't make sense to me that I had to call them. the service person wasn't there when I got there and no one else was really any help. I felt at least they could vaccine and wash them for that money. More

The employees are awesome. Great customer service. When making my appointment I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation. Thinking it might be due I said okay.
