The service department is great. Jacob Bohren is always helpful and keeps me updated. The only thing that upsets me is I’ve bought trucks for work. I called to set up my appointment. I told the girl my issues. I also told her I had to pick up the car by 11:30 am. When I dropped off the car at 8:30 am the service rep told me I needed to leave the car issues. I also told her I had to pick up the car by 11:30 am.
