I had my vehicle in for the 50K maintenance and had asked to have it washed and vacuumed, as it was going to be there all day. They said they would vacuum it and give me a voucher for the wash. I picked it u to have it washed and vacuumed, as it was going to be there all day. They said they would vacuum it and give me a voucher for the wash. I picked it up, paid $750 for the maintenance and neither was done- not vacuumed and no voucher. Such a simple ask, disappointed! More
